• Today has been a little on the flat side - and honestly I am not surprised. The walk yesterday left me feeling a little like I had run a marathon, and I spent most of the day resting and recovering.

    The legs are a little heavy today, and my feet are sore (especially the blister on my big toe!)

    So today I've limited myself to just 1km of walking, have continued to hydrate, and hope to fit in a longer (but not stupidly long) recovery walk tomorrow.

    I'm still happy I did that walk though

  • Ended the day with a bit of a turnaround from this morning. Rested during the day and felt much better this evening, so I headed out and got my 2km recovery run done after all!
