Who is responsible

Runners Gateway Network is operated by Avallach Technology, which is responsible for how this website handles your information. If you have a privacy question, email hello@runnersgateway.com. Using that link opens your own email service; this site does not collect the message through a web form.

Essential browser storage

When you dismiss the storage notice, this site stores one small acknowledgement in your browser. It contains only the notice version and an expiry time. It is used only to avoid showing the same notice again and expires no later than 90 days after it is saved.

The acknowledgement contains no name, personal identifier or visit history. If storage is unavailable, the notice can still be dismissed for the current page view and all content remains available.

When you start a Weekly Running Quiz, the site uses session storage to save only that edition’s question progress and result. This lets an ordinary refresh in the same browser tab restore the quiz. The record is versioned and limited to that edition. It does not contain a name, user identifier, visit history, streak or lifetime score, and it is normally removed when the tab’s browsing session ends.

No tracking or advertising

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or profiling, and we do not sell personal information. The notice acknowledgement is not used to measure your visits or behaviour.

Hosting and security

The hosting and security services used to deliver this website may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and security signals. This information may appear in short-lived operational or security logs used to deliver the site, prevent abuse and resolve faults.

• Dismiss the storage notice with the clearly labelled “Got it” button.
• Clear this site’s stored data using your browser settings at any time.
• Keep reading or navigating if storage is blocked; access is never conditional on dismissal. The quiz remains playable on the current page, although a refresh cannot restore progress.
